Assistance Network

Maryland SAIL is an online service that will allow Maryland residents to easily apply for assistance. Maryland residents, regardless of where they live can use this website to apply for assistance as follows:

The primary focus of Marlene's List Assistance Network is two-fold:

1. We want to point people in the Baltimore County area in the proper direction when they need help.
2. We want to assist as many senior citizens, families and homeless people that we possibly can with things such as clothing, food, rent assistance, Gas & Electric and other areas.

We are new, and therefore very small. Our assistance on the outset will be to primarily point people in the Baltimore County, Maryland in the proper direction of where to seek assistance.

We don't want to limit this website strictly to that however. While we can not realistically assist anyone outside the Lansdowne, Maryland (21227 zip code) area, we can and will provide a directory of those agencies who wish to be listed on this website to help you out if you live outside of our target area.
